Here is one of my favorite recipes. Ahi Tuna is combined with the perfect mix of seasonings. I make it regularly for my family and everyone loves it! It’s fast and easy while being healthy and delicious. Even if you aren’t the biggest Ahi Tuni fan, I encourage you to give this recipe a try.
Recipe for Seared Ahi Tuna Steak with Wasabi Sauce
1 lb. Ahi Tuna steak
Rub tuna with 2 tablespoons of oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Next, roll the tuna in roasted seeds.
Heat the remaining oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, pan sear the tuna, 2 minutes on each side. Fish should be red in the middle.
Let sit for 2 minutes. Slice about 1/8 inch thick.
Finally, mix wasabi, yogurt and vinegar together. Drizzle over fish and add as dipping sauce on the side.
This recipe is really good for a lunch with a friend or as something fun for dinner. Serve it over a salad or on a plate with your favorite veggies.
